At Kelonium S.A. (hereinafter, "Kelonium"), we are committed to protecting our users' privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our real estate crowdlending platform.

We collect the following information when you use our platform: personal identification data (full name, DNI/CUIT, date of birth), contact information (email, phone number, postal address), financial data necessary for investment processing (CBU, banking information), platform usage information (browsing history, interactions, preferences), technical data (IP address, browser type, operating system, device used).
2. Use of information
We use your personal information to: manage your account and verify your identity in accordance with current regulations of the National Securities Commission (CNV), process and manage your investments in real estate projects, send communications related to the status of your investments and project updates, comply with legal and regulatory obligations before the Financial Information Unit (UIF) and other competent bodies, improve our services and user experience on the platform.
3. Sharing information with third parties
Kelonium does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes. We may share data with: service providers that help us operate the platform (payment processors, identity verification services), regulatory authorities when required by Argentine law (CNV, UIF, AFIP, BCRA), legal and accounting advisors in the framework of our corporate obligations.
4. Data protection
We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your information, including data encryption in transit and at rest (SSL/TLS 256-bit), multi-factor authentication for account access, periodic security audits conducted by independent third parties, storage on secure servers located in ISO 27001 certified data centers.
5. Your rights
In accordance with Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection and its Regulatory Decree 1558/2001, you have the right to: access your personal data stored on our platform, request rectification of incorrect or outdated information, request deletion of your data when it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, object to the processing of your data in certain circumstances. 6. Data retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy and to comply with applicable legal obligations. Financial records are retained for a minimum of 10 years in accordance with current CNV and UIF regulations.

Our platform is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will proceed to delete it immediately.
